To refund or exchange your order, you’ll have to fill the form OR send us an email at

Refunds or exchanges through DM unfortunately won’t be accepted.

We don’t accept partial acceptance, either the whole package is taken and paid for or you refuse the package and MUST pay the shipping ONLY.

  • Place all orders on our website.

  • Full Payment Required: All orders must be paid in full to the courier upon delivery.

  • If there’s an issue after paying, you can request an exchange or refund.

As long as the items are in their original, unused packaging with all labels attached.
If there is an issue with the clothing item due to a mistake on our behalf, no extra charges will be added — only the delivery charge from the first order will be deducted.

Since our products are intimate, Refunds or Exchanges are allowed within 5 days.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.

Refund Process – Step by Step:

1️⃣ Submit your refund request through the Refund & Exchange Form (link in bio or website menu) or by email.
2️⃣ A courier will come to collect the item from you.

Please note: The courier will only collect the item — no money will be given at that time.

3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it’s unused and in original condition,
4️⃣ Your refund will be transferred to you within 5–7 working days, with shipping fees deducted from the total amount.

إذا واجهت أي مشكلة بعد الدفع، يمكنك طلب استبدال أو استرجاع.

يجب أن تكون المنتجات في تغليفها الأصلي وغير مستخدمة، مع وجود جميع الملصقات.
إذا كان هناك خطأ في المنتج من جهتنا، فلن يتم إضافة أي رسوم إضافية، وسيتم فقط خصم رسوم التوصيل من الطلب الأول.

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجات lumier.eg الشخصية، يرجى طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 5 أيام كحد أقصى من استلام الطلب، حفاظًا على النظافة والسلامة للجميع.

خطوات عملية الاسترجاع:

  • قم بتقديم طلب الاسترجاع من خلال نموذج الاستبدال والاسترجاع (الرابط في البايو أو قائمة الموقع) أو عبر الإيميل.

  • سيقوم المندوب بالذهاب لاستلام المنتج منك.

ملاحظة:
المندوب سيستلم المنتج فقط، ولن يتم تسليم أي مبلغ في نفس الوقت.

بعد استلام المنتج والتأكد من حالته الأصلية وغير المستخدمة،
سيتم تحويل المبلغ لك خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد خصم رسوم الشحن من المبلغ المستحق.

يرجى ملاحظة أن المنتجات التي عليها تخفيضات غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

lumier.eg maintains high-quality standards, but if you receive a defective item, you will be entitled to an immediate refund or exchange at no extra cost.

تحافظ lumier.eg على معايير عالية للجودة، ولكن في حال استلام منتج تالف، يحق لك استرداد المبلغ أو استبدال المنتج فورًا بدون أي تكلفة إضافية.
